They possess excellent written and verbal English-language communication skills, as evidenced in their record of success procuring funding and garnering community support for artists and/or the arts organizations. They are detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, and highly motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The incumbent must possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff, board, committees and volunteers in a shared work environment. The Operations Director will receive three weeks of paid vacation per year, access to health benefits, access to all workshops and equipment at CFAT, and opportunities to travel to conferences and professional development activities. Due to the nature of the role, the Operations Director will sometimes be required to work overtime, which is compensated with time off as described in CFAT’s Personnel Policy.

Starting salary for this position is $24,000/year.
